A friend of our managing editor (somehow) after putting up with Mr. DeViney for well over a decade, Mr. Paddon was interim editor-in-chief of GamePartisan during a rough transition in spring 2008 prior to its 2009 closure. Furthermore, he authored the incisive and distinct column “Made in England” throughout much of the publication’s history before wisely shifting gears and putting GamePartisan and its seven-year, editorial equivalency of Chernobyl in the rearview mirror for good.
